Crowdpetition

Calling all programme designers, hackers, makers, doers, data nerds, content experts, artists, citizen scientists, tech geeks, activists, edgy engineers, social entrepreneurs, changemakers and DIY urban planners. The main objective is to "create a competition for open data projects, by means of a network covering Europe with the aim of promoting the generation of new projects based on open data that could be the seed for transparently financing new business ventures.
